We use several different print providers. The current Covid-19 situation has everything backlogged and production times are a little longer. If you need to return an item send me an e-mail and and I will create a shipping label for you. Print the shipping label and place your item in the bag or box it came in or a new one and drop it off at the post office. I will issue a refund as soon as I get the tracking information from the post-office. Refunds take 5-7 days to process. If it has been 7 days and you have not received your refund contact me immediately so I can ensure you get your money back. Please allow me a chance to fix any issue you have before leaving negative feedback.
